White Chocolate Strawberry Matcha Brownies

Fudgy matcha blondies swirled with fresh strawberry and white chocolate for a vibrant, bakery-worthy bar. An easy one-pan brownie recipe with no special.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) Melt the butter in the microwave for 45 seconds and chop half a cup of strawberries. In a large bowl add in the melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, oil and 3 eggs. Whisk these ingredients together for a minute.

Add in the flour, matcha powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Fold the dry ingredients in until just combined. Add in the white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries. Gently fold these into the brownie batter. Optionally sprinkle a few more strawberry slices and white chocolate chips on top. Pour the batter into a parchment lined 8x8 baking pan.

Bake this for 25-30 min. Once done baking, let this fully cool down before slicing into squares.
