White Chocolate Pumpkin Bark
by JosephineA simple pumpkin spice bark made with melted white chocolate and pumpkin puree swirled together and set firm. An easy no-bake bark recipe that sets in.
Line a small baking tray or dish with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the pumpkin purée with ¼ cup of melted white chocolate until smooth.
Pour and spread the remaining ½ cup of melted white chocolate onto the lined tray in an even layer.
Drop spoonfuls of the pumpkin mixture over the white chocolate base, then use a toothpick or knife to swirl them together gently.
Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the top to taste.
Place in the fridge and chill for 2–3 hours, or until fully set. Break into pieces once hardened.
