Pour the batter into a parchment-lined baking pan and bake at 350°F (177°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and slightly flaky.
Melt the dark chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon (14g) of butter in the microwave using 15-second intervals, then drizzle over the cooled brownies for a final touch.
