Strawberry Oatmeal Banana Bread

Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and line or grease an 8x4 loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, egg, brown sugar, almond milk, oil, and vanilla extract for a minute.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
Toss the diced strawberries with 1 tablespoon of flour, then gently fold them into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake at 425°F (218°C) for 5 minutes. Without opening the oven, reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
For the glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cream or milk until thick and smooth. Pour the glaze over the cooled bread and let it set before slicing.
