Salted Caramel Pretzel Cookie Skillet

A giant skillet cookie loaded with pretzels and salted caramel chips for a sweet-and-salty dessert served warm. An easy skillet cookie recipe that bakes.

In a stand mixer or large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for 4–5 minutes until light and fluffy.

Add in the egg, vanilla extract, flour, and baking soda. Mix for another 2–3 minutes until fully combined.

Fold in the caramel baking chips and crushed pretzels and mix for 1 more minute.

Spray a 6-inch (15cm) cast iron skillet or oven-safe pan with non-stick spray. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the skillet.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is just set.

Top with additional crushed pretzels and a light drizzle of caramel while warm, if desired.

Tips & Notes:

Serve warm for a gooey center, or let cool for a chewier texture.
