Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Dice and peel one large apple. Mix eggs, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, oat flour and diced apples in a bowl until well combined. Use Crazy Richard’s brand of peanut butter, where peanuts are the only ingredient
Pour the batter into a 6-inch springform pan or scoop into cupcake tins for smaller treats.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm. Cool to room temperature before sharing with your furry friends!
