No Bake Cookie Dough Fudge
by JosephineA no-bake fudge made with edible cookie dough — butter, brown sugar, and mini chocolate chips set into sliceable squares. An easy no-bake dessert recipe.
In a stand mixer, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 4–5 minutes.
Add in the milk and vanilla extract and mix to combine.
Scoop your flour into a separate bowl and microwave it for 1 minute to heat-treat it. Then add the flour and salt into the batter and mix for another 2–3 minutes.
In a separate bowl, microwave the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
Add the melted white chocolate mixture to the stand mixer and mix for another 2–3 minutes.
Quickly mix in the frozen mini chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a parchment-lined baking pan and smooth it out. Sprinkle additional mini chocolate chips on top.
Store in the fridge overnight to set, then slice and enjoy!
Tips & Notes:
Store in an airtight container for maximum freshness.
Freezing the chocolate chips helps prevent melting during mixing.
