Maple Glazed Baked Pumpkin Donuts

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and lightly grease a donut pan.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, light brown sugar, cinnamon, almond milk, egg, avocado oil, and pumpkin puree until just combined.
3. Put the batter into a piping bag and piped the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold to the top.
4. Bake the donuts for 9-11 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
5. Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Maple glaze:
1. Whisk the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and heavy cream together - adding the milk one tablespoon at a time until you have a thick, runny consistency.
2. Drizzle the glaze on top of the donuts once they have cooled to room temperature.
This recipe makes approx. 8 donuts.
