Cinnamon Swirl Pumpkin Streusel Loaf

Start by preheating my oven to 350°F (177°C). Then in a large bowl, Add in the pumpkin puree, egg, sugar, vanilla extract, and oil. Whisk this together for about 2 minutes. Then Add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pumpkin spices. Whisk this together for another 2 minutes until the batter was well combined.
In a small bowl, Melt my butter for the cinnamon swirl and added in the brown sugar and cinnamon. Whisk this for about a minute until everything was well combined. Then Line my 6x4 bread loaf pan with parchment paper and poured in about ⅓ of the pumpkin bread batter. Then Layer about 2 tablespoons of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top and repeated this process until all of my batter and cinnamon swirl mixture was in the pan.
In a separate bowl, Mix together the streusel topping ingredients and added it on top of the bread batter.
Bake this for 45 min - 1 hour or until I could stick a toothpick in and have it come out clean.
