In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Let the butter continue to lightly simmer until it’s a deep golden brown. Let this cool to room temperature before using for the batter.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add browned butter, sugar, chai concentrate, egg, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and fluffy. Add flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Fold gently until just combined. Pour batter into the lined baking pan. Mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt and sprinkle evenly on top of the bead batter.
Bake for 50–55 minutes until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean. Let this cool to room temperature before slicing.
