Brown Sugar Oatmeal Bars w Whipped Cinnamon Frosting

In a large mixing bowl, combine all oatmeal bar ingredients and mix until well combined.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter, spreading it evenly.
Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 16–20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bars cool in the pan for 1 hour.
Once cooled, cut the bars into triangle shapes or squares.
To make the frosting, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and brown sugar to a stand mixer. Whip on high speed for 5–7 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Transfer the frosting to a piping bag and pipe on top of each oatmeal bar.
