In a small pan over low heat, Melt 1 cup of butter. Constantly stirring, I left the melted butter over the heat until it turned an amber brown color. Then Put this in a bowl to cool down. While the butter cooled down, mix together the eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Add in the browned butter once it was room temperature. Then Add in the flour, baking powder, and half of the Funfetti chocolate chips, and mixed them together well.
In an 8x8 parchment lined pan, Add in the batter and topped it off with the rest of the Funfetti chocolate chips and a few more rainbow sprinkles.
Bake this at 325 (F) / 163 (C) for 25-30 minutes.
