Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. In a bowl, combine the sugar, yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract. Mash two ripe bananas into the after and whisk together well.
Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gently fold the dry ingredients in without over-mixing. Add in the frozen blueberries and gently fold into the batter. Line a 9x5 bread pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in.
Bake for 45-60 minutes or until a knife is inserted in the center and comes out clean.
